- MathMagic v5.42 or newer does not come with a native installer anymore. MathMagic on Mac OS X can now be installed manually by Drag&Drop. For the details, please refer to the "Manual Install" document in the disk image.
- MathMagic User Guide is not included in the installer any more to reduce the download size.

- Added: Frown embellishment and 4 more accents added to Accent template palette and some palette items rearranged.
- Added: Variable height Angle division template added to the Fraction template. Its angle width and height can be adjusted in the Define Spacing -> Fraction pane.
- Changed: Multiple occurrences of the same Macro supported in the Save As dialog, Export dialog and Batch Conversion dialog
- Changed: Vector(right arrow) accent is now displayed as a character instead of drawing an arrow shape
- Fixed: Some \cr expressions handled better when importing LaTeX or Wiki equations.

- Added: "Close All" command added to File menu, which was only possible by option-clicking on the Close box of window title.
- Added: "Close All Detached Palettes" command added to Window menu, which was possible by option-clicking on the Close box of window title.
- Fixed: Some Greek symbols not converted by LaTeX converter.
- Fixed: Fixed: Show/Hide all Detached Palettes status under Window menu fixed when launched again after quitting with hidden.

- Trial version can be switched to a full version when a serial number is entered into the authorization dialog. There is no separate installer or application for Trial version. One same regular installer and its installed application works as a trial mode if you do not enter a valid serial number.
