The matching VC_Redist package is included in the installed folder, \Program Files\MathMagic ~ folder, after you run MathMagic installer.

After installation, please right-click on the MathMagic application from \Program Files\MathMagic Personal (Pro, Lite) Edition folder, select 'Properties', check "Run This Program as an Administrator".
