* Upgrade options to be simplified. New Price table avaialble.
Currently there are two upgrade options:
(a) Upgrade to the current version + limited minor updates(if any).
(b) Upgrade to the current version + another 2-year free upgrade.
But, the new 2012 Price table will combine these two options into one. And
2-year Free Upgrade option will no longer be available.
(c) Upgrade to the current version + 1-year free upgrade.
The current two upgrade options will still be available until the end of
this month, 12/31/2011.
So, if you are going to use MathMagic continuously for more than 1 year, it
is a good idea to purchase and add up the "Upgrade + 2-year Free upgrade
option" while it is still available even though your free upgrade service
period is remaining, because the added 2-year term will be appended to the
current free upgrade service period if remaining.
New Price table(PDF) can be found here although it is not officially
released yet. Please note that we reserve the rights to change the price
without a prior notice.

* Newer MathMagic to come: v8.0 for Mac, v7.0 for Windows
New v8.0 for Mac will come with several new fonts, revised fonts, support a
Web HTML color, new Templates and Symbols, revised Factory setting for a
better default equation shape, possible negative spacing, and much more.
New v7.0 for Windows will catch up most feature of the current v7.x Mac
version so it will skip v6.0 version number and jump up to v7.0 from v5.7x.
New v7.0 for Windows will come with all OpenType fonts for MM fonts and more
additional fonts. v7.0 may include some of Mac v8.0 features and support PDF
saving as well.
We hope to release these major upgrades sometime in Q1 2012.
